Concept for a small public garden landscaping project on Kukhmisterova street (to the south-east of Moscow) took shape in discussion with the district residents. Before the reconstruction works the area was a wasteland with broken benches and a children's slide from the 90's. Most active of the residents fully participated in the concept development and suggested their ideas. As a result of collective thought, the park development was decided as a fully-fledged children's play zone with equipment for different ages. The landscape design also provides for paths, alleys and playgrounds lighting, now that it's comfortable to walk in the dark time. The significant part the workout zone provides is equipment for elderly people.
At the time the public garden has become very popular among the local residents, especially among the mothers with their children who love the playgrounds. "Lazalia" - a big play wall-structure with slides and various features inside, is now the most popular installation.
