Basic thesis of the park reconstruction is "park is communication".

Analyzing the current state of the park, we concluded the best decision would be not only to preserve, but to diverse and improve the quality of the existing site communications. First of all, we transformed the transit footpath between secondary entrances into the park's main alley. By the secondary entrance groups we fixed up the inviting playgrounds, chamber recesses with benches and a small central square. Footpaths to the other main designed attraction-spots get their start at the central square.
