Village Estate is a chamber story with gentle approach to a landscape, accurate site ratio — common yet diverse architecture. Those became our lead ideas through the design development.
Delicate concern about the landscape, relief and existing trees are emphasized by architecture. Concise and modern houses serve as a touchpoint of everyday family life and nature. Simple volumes of buildings and their discovered accurate proportions complement nature, yet maintain their individuality.
